Expert Witness to Pay Eli Lilly $100,000 for Leaking Documents
A former plaintiffs’ expert witness in the product liability lawsuits over Eli Lilly’s schizophrenia and bipolar disorder drug Zyprexa has agreed to pay the company $100,000 for leaking documents in the case that ended up forming the basis for a series of articles in The New York Times.
